This Valentine's Day card is from the Holiday Mini Catalog. It is the "A Happy Heart" set.

I used Pink Pirouette cardstock, Riding Hood Red ink, and the beautiful "Bella Rose" designer papers. A scallop round punch is background for the heart and the scallop edge punch creates some interest on the papers.
